Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

SecureNxG ("we", "us") is an endpoint security product. Protecting your device is our job, and that job only makes sense if we also protect your data. This policy explains what we collect on this website and inside the SecureNxG product, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) and apply the same standards to users everywhere.

What we collect on this website

What the product collects

To protect your device, SecureNxG processes some data. We collect the minimum needed for each purpose:

How we use data

What we don't do

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting and email delivery), bound by contracts that limit what they may do with it, and with authorities where the law genuinely requires it. Anonymized, aggregated threat statistics (never personal data) may be used in security research and reporting.

Retention

Account data is kept while your license is active and for a short period after, in case you renew. Support emails are kept while your issue is open and for reference afterwards. Telemetry is retained only as long as it is useful for detection quality, then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Under the DPDP Act you also have the right to grievance redressal and to nominate a person to exercise your rights on your behalf. Write to the contact below — we respond to all rights requests, whichever country you are in.

Security

Data in transit is encrypted, access to production systems is restricted and logged, and we practice what our own product preaches. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

Children

SecureNxG is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly process children's personal data except as incidental to protecting a family device under a parent's account.

Changes

When this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you in the product or by email. Quietly rewriting history isn't our style.

Contact

Privacy questions and rights requests: sanjivanimediaandtechnologies@gmail.com (subject line "Privacy"). We reply within a reasonable time, and for DPDP grievances within the period the law prescribes.

Plain-language summary: the website barely collects anything; the product collects what it needs to protect you (license info, threat metadata, optional diagnostics); we don't sell data or peek at your files; you can see, fix, or delete your data by emailing us.
